challenging innovative start-ups to help reinvigorate their internal employee communications, employee engagement and everyday workplace management.

Challenge taking place over 48 hours at LABS Holgarth London, 15 - 16 November 2018.
Focusing on the core theme of colleague engagement,
you will be tasked with creating a digital app that can support CLS employees operating within a dynamic, global and fast-paced environment.
The winning team will have the opportunity to
collaborate with CLS to refine and release their solution as a CLS innovation program.

CLS will be looking for Apps with:• Seamless user experience
• Content integration with Sharepoint• A gamification aspect to boost interaction Teams will be provided with example content to prepare for showcasing their solutions to the jury.
Employees with the mobile application will be able to:
Respond to employee surveys
Cast votes on employee decisions, e.g. locations for corporate outings
View and engage with corporate announcements
Post news for other employees to view and engage in
Use interactive features with topics such as the
Global Fitness Challenge
Your startup will focus on building an application to address current challenges in employee engagement and build an app that is engaging, compliant and fun! Selected teams will focus on building a solution for a digital community of CLS employees.

During the 48 hours at the London
venue, teams will build a bespoke social media platform prototype that will help CLS employees communicate and engage with each other.

Selected startups will be invited to join an online
platform where they will receive access to examples of content and speak to CLS mentors to prepare for the event.

What type of startups should apply?
Are you an established startup wanting to take on unique challenges within HRTech? Do you have a solution that is capable of reinvigorating employee engagement at CLS?
The CLS Innovation Challenge is an opportunity for
mature startups specializing in digital community solutions to further develop their existing product into a new and exciting app for a leading FX market infrastructure.
Teams are to be startups with a minimum of three and a maximum of four individuals per team.
Each team will need a developer, a designer and at least one person to handle the business strategy and planning. Read the ‘Terms and Conditions’ before registering.
